AI Makers Pro ("we," "our," or "us") is primarily a free content and education site. Most of what we publish — articles, guides, and tool comparisons — is free to read and does not involve a purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for the paid offerings we do provide, such as AI automation services and any digital products or guides sold directly through this site.

Digital Products and Guides

If you purchase a downloadable guide, template, or other digital product directly from AI Makers Pro, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Because digital products can be copied instantly, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded, except where the product is materially defective or significantly different from its description.

AI Automation and Consulting Services

For paid AI automation, consulting, or done-for-you services booked through AI Makers Pro:

• Deposits or setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, since they cover time already spent on discovery, planning, or implementation.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work, you are entitled to a partial or full refund for the undelivered portion, at our discretion based on the work already completed.
• Cancellations made before work begins are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Ongoing or subscription-based services can be canceled at any time; you will not be billed for future periods, but we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods already billed.

Affiliate and Third-Party Purchases

Some articles on this site contain affiliate links to third-party AI tools and software (for example, writing assistants, SEO platforms, or hosting providers). Any purchase you make through these links is a transaction with that third party, not with AI Makers Pro. Returns, cancellations, and refunds for those purchases are governed entirely by the third party's own return policy and terms of service. We recommend reviewing their policy before purchasing.

Advertising

This site displays third-party advertising, including through Adsterra. We do not process payments for ads shown to you as a visitor, so no return or refund applies to advertising content itself.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible purchase or service, email us at [email protected] with your order details or invoice reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and, where a refund is approved, process it within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
